Belle Isle North Townhomes, positioned just north of Integra's Belle Isle Park Townhomes in the Lions Gate Neighbourhood, emerges as a pivotal contributor to the ongoing revitalization of the area. The development comprises 10 three-storey buildings housing a total of 112 stacked townhouse units. These buildings are thoughtfully arranged around internal, landscaped courtyards connected by walkways, fostering a sense of community and linking to adjacent recreational areas. Future linkages to neighboring developments, Belle Isle Park to the south, and proposed community facilities in the Lions Gate Village center are also considered in the project design.

Three buildings facing Belle Isle Place, two of which border the park's northern edge, create an open and relieving streetscape. Pedestrian connections between buildings contribute to permeability along the street. At the corner of Fullerton and Belle Isle, a contemporary pavilion marks the entrance as a visual gateway to the community. Notable design elements, such as bay windows, brick cladding, and bold roof overhangs, add a touch of permanence and visual grounding to the development. The townhome-style buildings feature a mix of robust materials, including lap siding and brick, with oversized glazing allowing abundant natural light and large roof overhangs for passive solar design during colder months. Upper units include private roof decks designed to ensure privacy.

Addressing the prominent corner on Fullerton at Glenaire and Belle Isle, the project presents an appropriately scaled urban edge, contributing to the neighborhood's visual appeal. Belle Isle North Townhomes encapsulate a thoughtful blend of contemporary design, community integration, and urban aesthetics, aligning seamlessly with the ongoing redevelopment of the Lions Gate Neighbourhood.
